Disclaimer
What this site is, what it is not, and our relationship to the houses we carry.
We are independent
Kinship is an independent reseller of authenticated pieces. We are not an authorised retailer for any of the houses whose pieces we carry, we are not affiliated with them, and none of them endorses, sponsors or reviews anything on this site.
House names, logos and product names are the trade marks of their owners. We use them to identify what a piece is — the ordinary descriptive use the law permits — and for no other purpose.
Manufacturer warranty and service
A piece bought from us may not be eligible for the house's own warranty, repair or after-sales service, because most houses restrict those to purchases from their own boutiques. Our authenticity guarantee is ours and stands on its own; it is not a manufacturer warranty and does not pretend to be.
Accuracy
We take care over descriptions, measurements and photographs, and we photograph the exact piece rather than a stock image. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary by a few millimetres. Colours vary between screens.
Not investment advice
Some pieces hold their value and some appreciate. Nothing on this site is a prediction or a recommendation to buy anything as an investment, and past resale values do not tell you what something will be worth later.
