Returned one, kept the other
Ordered two to compare. Return label came through in ten minutes and the refund was back before the weekend. That is how it should work.
Good, though duties were a surprise
Shipping to Norway, which is outside their delivered-duty list. My fault for not reading, and the site does say so, but worth flagging for anyone else outside the EU.
